Octopus is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids which is a great your pet's skin/coat health and mobility. There's vitamins and minerals in octopus as well like, vitamin B12 (promotes healthy digestion) and iron/phosphorus that support muscle strength. Our freeze dried baby octopus are a great option for pets with food sensitivities and on limited-ingredient diets. Suitable for dogs and cats.

Important notice: Seafoods like Octopus have high levels of pathogenic microorganisms/bacteria and metal. Freeze drying doesn't eliminate bacteria or metal. As we have not had any complaints for this product from customers and my own pets, we fully believe these treats are safe for consumption. That being said, you should always understand the risk is always there when feeding anything raw to your pets. We have decided to bring back the beloved baby octopus treats but with full transparency as we want to be a brand you can trust!
If you don't feel comfortable feeding your pets this product but still would like them to try baby octopus. First, we understand and respect your choice. Second, we do have another BO product that's in a form of a crumble and was boiled before being freeze dried (this process eliminates risk). We recommend you check that out instead.
We source all of our meat/seafood products from our local asian markets or grocery stores. All of our treats are made in house and created in small batches.
Storage Guidelines
We ask that you store your treats in a sealed container/bag once opened. As well in a cool and dry place. Wash hands after handling (raw products). Since our freeze dried products are perishable, although unlikely, your product could develop mold or have bugs if not stored properly. For example: WHAT NOT TO DO
- handle treats with wet hands and put back in same bag with other treats
- resealed bag left open which allows for moisture from the air to absorb back into our treats which messes with the shelf life of our FD treats
In the event your product might have mold or attracts bugs, please discard of the product.
Although FD products have a guaranteed longer shelf life, we ask that that you feed our treats within 2 months of when you opened the bag, to ensure the quality/nutrients of our treats.
Feeding Instructions
All of our treats, chews and toppers are only meant for intermediate or supplemental feeding. With any treat/chew that is new to your pet, slowly introduce it to them. This will allow for their stomach to digest properly and avoid an upset stomach. Always supervise your pet when giving them any new treat/chew and provide plenty of water for them.
As promised, we only provide single or low ingredient treats and chews, so no added preservatives or additives. 100 raw!
